Senior Director
Will Clifton, Senior Director at Continental Partners, focuses on commercial debt and equity placement secured by multifamily, for‑sale housing, retail, office, hospitality, and self‑storage properties throughout the United States. He joined Continental Partners as a Senior Director in 2026 and works directly with the firm’s President, originating, structuring, and executing financing across all major product types.
Prior to joining Continental Partners, Will served as a Vice President at WelcomeLend in Miami, where he was hired to grow the firm’s Florida originations. During his tenure, he closed a range of capital placements across residential and commercial assets, overseeing the full transaction lifecycle and cultivating strong lender relationships throughout the industry.
Prior to WelcomeLend, Will spent nearly five years at Berkadia focused on agency lending. As Vice President of Product Originations, he supported more than 50 originators across multiple U.S. markets and placed over $2 billion under application across 130+ transactions. His role covered initial structuring through lender approval and closing. Earlier in his career, Will worked at Northmarq, where he strengthened his underwriting discipline and contributed to large, complex financings, including a $334 million transaction.
Will earned his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia.
