Ryan Foster

Ryan Foster, Associate at Continental Partners, specializes in securing commercial debt and equity financing across all major property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, and hospitality.
Prior to Joining Continental Partners, In August of 2015, Ryan Joined Kidder Mathews as a senior analyst and processor. He was responsible for managing deals from LOI to close, acting as a liaison between lender and borrower, engaging third-party reports, and facilitating the closing. In 2016 Ryan was promoted to an Associate broker where he worked directly under the firm’s top producer.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his dog, as a native Seattleite, he is a lifelong Seahawks and Mariners fan. He graduated in 2015 from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. Ryan is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California
